Annual Women in Cybersecurity Reception 2022 is an annual networking event that recognizes and honors the contributions, accomplishments, and value that women bring to the field of cybersecurity.
This well-attended event takes place in the center of Washington, DC, and attracts women from around the area who are in diverse positions along the spectrum of their careers. Participants come from the private sector, academia, and government. It is a chance for women who are interested in cyber security to network with one another, deepen existing connections, and make new connections with like-minded individuals. Additionally, the Reception offers a crucial platform for women who are interested in careers in cyber security and mentors to meet with the technical and business experts who are influencing the future of the sector.
The Women in Cybersecurity Reception will once again be an invitation-only event. This is done to guarantee that there will be a varied group of women in attendance, each of whom is at a different stage in her professional life.
The event for this year will be hosted in Washington, District of Columbia, at the International Spy Museum, which is located in L’Enfant Plaza and features views of the Washington Monument and the US Capitol. Beginning at 6:00 p.m., guests will be able to enjoy a variety of hors d’oeuvres, a selection of premium wines, and other refreshments. At seven o’clock, there will be some opening comments, followed by a toast. Everyone who attends will get a one-of-a-kind fine art print that was created in a limited edition by a female artist from the Baltimore/Washington region.
