NolaCon 2023
New Orleans is the location of the Information Security and Hacker conference known as NolaCon. This event is geared toward both experts and hobbyists in the field, and it features training in addition to entertaining and inventive talks and workshops.
They will be celebrating their 8th year in 2023 (they skipped years 2020 and 2021 due to Covid), and while they have moved to a bigger, larger venue (which is only one block away from the previous hotel), they are anticipating that 2023 will be their best year yet.
The sessions will cover a variety of subjects with a focus on today’s information security concerns. Some of these topics include malware, exploits, vulnerabilities, social engineering, forensics, and often at least one new 0-Day.
