Balkan Computer Congress (BalCCon) 2023
The primary objective is to bring together all of the communities from the surrounding area and from further afield so that we may interact, play hacked games, learn, share our insights and experiences, and, of course, have fun together.
The BalCCon is an event that is organized by the community and is not for commercial gain. It features talks and workshops given by members of the community to members of the community.
In addition to making it possible for people living in this part of Europe to interact with one another and work together, one of our long-term goals is to establish ourselves as the hub of the hacker community in the area. A “Call for Papers” will be held a few months before the congress, at which time the program and speakers will be selected. We have some very unique visitors lined up, people who have a stellar reputation in the neighborhood where they live. Congress personnel will look over all of the submissions for speeches and workshops that are submitted.
