The Americas SAP Users’ Group (ASUG) is a non-profit, independent organization that serves as a community for SAP users in North America. Since its inception in 1991, ASUG has grown to become the world’s largest SAP user organization, with over 100,000 members from over 3,800 enterprises.
ASUG offers its members a number of resources and services, including as educational events, networking opportunities, online communities, and access to SAP experts and resources. The organization’s goal is to assist SAP users in maximizing the value of their SAP investments and remaining current on the newest SAP technology and best practices.
ASUG works closely with SAP, acting as a conduit for SAP to communicate with customers and gain feedback on product development and customer needs. ASUG also advocates on behalf of its members’ interests and goals inside the SAP ecosystem.
